Triad 2025 Year in Review

BRAND CONSOLIDATION: INDUSTRIAL SERVCE PRODUCTS (ISP)

To better consolidate our brand and streamline our presence, Industrial Service Products (ISP), which Triad acquired in late 2022, officially changed its name to Triad Technologies in early March. This change ensures consistent branding across a majority of our locations and services, reinforcing our identity as your one source for motion and control solutions. 

MCCOOK, IL PARKERSTORE AND BRANCH OFFICE

Following our ISP rebrand, we expanded our Chicago area presence with a new, centraliezd facility in McCook, Illinois. This location combines the former Industrial Service Products facility and Lombard ParkerStore into a single Triad Technologies ParkerStore and Branch Office in McCook, enhancing our service capabilities in the Chicago region. 

TRADESHOWS

Triad actively hosted and exhibited in several key tradeshows throughout the year, engaging with diverse industries to showcase our products and services. These shows included the Triad Tech Expo in McCook, Craft Brewers Conference, Automate, and the Farm Science Review. 

NEW PRODUCT: PARKER CAP & PLUG KITS

Triad began stocking Parker Hannifin cap and plug kits in August. These essential kits are designed for protection and maintenance, ensuring your hydraulic lines and components remain clean and secure during service or storage. In-stock at any of our ParkerStores, we offer a comprehensive selection of options, including 37° Flare JIC, O-Ring Face Seal, BSPP, DIN Light and DIN Heavy.

APPOINTMENT OF NEW VPs

In September, Triad announced that we would be restructuring our business model to better support our customers and future growth. As part of this change, we introduced two specialized leadership roles: Vice President of Product Management and Vice President of Sales. Matt Schatteman was appointed to the position of VP of Product Management and Jeff Knaus took on the role of VP of Sales.

CONSOLIDATION OF TECH-SYN AND ALL SEALS & HOSE BRANCH LOCATIONS

Throughout the second half of the year, we relocated Tech-Syn/ASH operations from our Bloomingdale, IL and Loves Park, IL facilities to a new, larger location in Elgin, IL. This move to 1331 Gateway Drive has allowed us to improve our operations while continuing to provide quality seal products and services. 

NEW PRODUCT LINE: SPILL TACKLE

Triad ParkerStores now stock Spill Tackle absorbant products, making it easier than ever to manage spills with high-performance, lightweight materials. This powerful absorbant material offers up to four times the absorbancy with less weight and residue than traditional clay products, optimizing cleanup for your facility or fleet.
