First, the SICK W10 photoelectric sensor provides reliable and versatile object detection. This is crucial for tasks like verifying part presence during assembly, positioning objects for robotic grippers, detecting obstacles for autonomous mobile robots, and ensuring smooth material flow. Complementing this, the SICK safeVisionary 2 is an innovative 3D time-of-flight camera that elevates both safety and efficiency. By creating a 3D protective field, it enables safe human-robot interaction through speed reduction or safe stops upon intrusion. This solution offers precise and dynamic linear motion for gantry systems, pick-and-place units, dispensing applications, and automated assembly lines. Facilitating seamless integration of end-of-arm tooling and peripherals is the CoreTigo TigoMaster 2TH.
