Rilco Industrial Controls, Inc. and subsidiaries E&M Automation Equipment Co. and Cincinnati Controls, Inc. are acquired to significantly increase factory automation product/service offering.
Cincinnati Hose & Fittings, Inc. and Kentucky Fluid Air, Inc. are acquired, expanding the company's market share in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
