A review of hydraulic systems’ best safety practices, including maintaining safe conditions. You’ll also learn how to select the correct hose using the S.T.A.M.P.E.D. selection process.
Introduction and examination of different port and tube fitting specifications, best practices for tube assembly routing, and guidelines for leak-free hydraulic systems.
A hands-on class to learn the basic tube bending principles.
Identify SAE, NPT, Metric & BSP threads and the use of thread gauges, calipers, and thread profiles.
Learn how to properly build and crimp a hose assembly on a Parker crimper.

This 3-hour interactive forum focuses on machine operator safety and features Pizzato safety products, product demonstrations, and lunch. Join Triad for a 4-hour hands-on IO-link workshop. This workshop will include a discussion session to review the benefits of IO-link, tips on how IO-Link can be implemented in your system, a Q&A with Triad Technologies automation experts to address your application questions, and a pizza lunch. Discussion will cover a range of products including IO-Link Masters, IO-Link Devices, and IO-Link Wireless. Bring your own PLC.
This hands-on training class focuses on the development and implementation of automation applications utilizing the integrated Unitronics Unistream series PLC, HMI, and servo system. Bundles start at $1950 for a basic hardware kit, which will allow you to test future applications from the convenience of your desk, and include two seats in the class.
