In light of another successful year, here is a recap of the work Triad has accomplished in 2024:

 

New Business Units

At the beginning of this year, we expanded our product portfolio by creating two new business units – Industrial Hose and Seal Technologies – allowing us to serve a wider range of customers and offer you even better support.

 

Medina ParkerStore Move

In February, we relocated our Medina ParkerStore to a more convenient location with improved parking, making it easier for large trucks and utility vehicles to access our services. Our new location can be found at 1920 Medina Rd., Suite A, Medina, OH 44256. 

New Product Line: Robotunits

In April, Triad Technologies announced a new partnership with Robotunits, a leading manufacturer of modular, automated assembly lines, which include conveyor technology, linear motion systems, safety fencing, and a wide range of accessories, such as clamping devices and safety interlocks.

New Product Line: Grip Clean

In May, our ParkerStores announced the addition of Grip Clean, a line of heavy-duty cleaning solutions. Grip Clean degreasers and soaps remove grease, oil, adhesives, paints, and more - all with a refreshing citrus scent. These all-natural, dirt-infused cleaners are hard on grease but easy on your skin, making it easy for you to get your hands on the clean you deserve!

Open Houses & Events

In the summer, Triad hosted our first Triad Tech Expo at the New Albany ParkerStore, which gave Triad the opportunity to reach out to new customers and showcase our capabilities in the greater Columbus area. A few months later, we hosted an open house at our Sharonville Automation Labwhere customers enjoyed automation product demonstrations, training sessions, and networking opportunities with our expert team.

New Product Line: Mech-Mind

In July, Triad became a distributor of Mech-Mind, is a leading manufacturer of 3D cameras for industrial automation applications. They specialize in systems that combine AI software and high-performance cameras, giving your industrial robots and cobots the ability to tackle complex tasks in real time.

New Product Line: LockNLube

In October, Triad ParkerStores announced the addition of LockNLube, a trusted manufacturer of high-quality lubrication solutions, designed to optimize your equipment performance and extend component life. LockNLube offers grease guns, couplers, and industrial lubrication solutions designed to make machine maintenance faster, easier, and cleaner.

Customer Service Updates

Our customer service team works diligently year-round to provide our customers with the best experience possible. In November, Triad updated our quote ticketing system to Zendesk to help support this goal. Zendesk helps our team consolidate communications so we can respond to you more quickly and efficiently. The system also offers automated workflows and self-service options for customers.

Adrian, MI ParkerStore

Last but not least, in November Triad opened our 29th ParkerStore located in Adrian, Michigan. Customers in this area previously needed to drive to Monroe, Toledo, or Maumee to find their nearest Triad ParkerStore. With the addition of our Adrian location, we are able to more quickly serve local customers to minimize your downtime and get you back to what’s important. The Adrian store can be found at 2984 Treat Highway, Suite B, Adrian, MI 49221.
