Triad Technologies, LLC (“Triad”), a leading distributor of fluid power, industrial automation and fluid conveyance products, recently announced that it completed the acquisition of Industrial Service Products, LLC (“ISP” or the “Company”) on December 30, 2022. ISP is a value-added distributor of custom fabricated hose, valves, fittings, and other related products for the safe, efficient transfer of liquid and dry goods to a wide array of industrial customers. The Company is headquartered in Lyons, Illinois, where it has served regional customers since 1972. The business has a well-deserved reputation for strong technical capabilities, quality product lines, and extraordinary customer service. The combination of Triad and ISP creates a powerful platform to deliver value-added solutions to new and existing customers.

Throughout the course of 2022, Triad made great strides in leadership, customer service, and our industry, and we couldn’t have done it without our dedicated staff and supportive customers. Triad Technologies, LLC (Triad), a leading distributor of fluid power and automation products, recently announced plans to expand into the greater Chicago area. Triad is an authorized, full line, premier Parker Hannifin distributor headquartered in Vandalia, Ohio that serves customers throughout Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois. The company holds Parker Hannifin’s highest distributor designation as a Connector Technology Center, Hydraulic Technology Center, Pneumatic Technology Center, and Automation Technology Center.

While 2021 wasn't without its challenges, it was also a year of continued growth for Triad. Here are our highlights from this year

In order to align our organizational structure to better serve the evolving needs of our customers and key trading partners, Triad has shifted to a business unit management structure. As part of this restructuring, we are pleased to announce the following promotions:

Over the past several years, Triad Technologies has made numerous acquisitions, including:

• Rilco Industrial Controls and its subsidiaries, E&M Automation Equipment Co. and Cincinnati Controls, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio
• Cincinnati Hose & Fittings in Cincinnati, Ohio
• Kentucky Fluid Air in Florence, Kentucky
• Day Fluid Power in Goshen, Indiana

Despite the many changes and challenges of 2020, we’re grateful for all the things we were able to accomplish throughout the year. Here’s a look at the highlights.

In 2019, we began the process of expanding our corporate headquarters in Vandalia, OH. The expansion includes adding 45,000 sq feet and additional parking, and is on track to be completed before the end of 2020. Check out the photo's below to see where it started and where we're at now!
