While 2021 wasn't without its challenges, it was also a year of continued growth for Triad. Here are our highlights from this year

BRANDING OF ACQUISITION COMPANIES 

We began 2021 with the announcement that all of our acquisition companies would begin operating under the name "Triad Technologies". This change was made to reflect the combination of our resources as well as our dedication to growing our capabilities as one organization.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE CHANGES

Also in early 2021, Triad made the shift to a business unit management structure, now operating under 3 business units: Automation, Fluid Power, and Retail. With this change, Chris Cowell was promoted to Automation Business Unit Manager, and Matt Snyder to Retail Business Unit Manager.

MARYSVILLE, OH PARKERSTORE

In an effort to bridge the gap between our stores, in April we opened a ParkerStore in Marysville, OH. The store is located at 1024 Columbus Avenue, Marysville, OH 43040, just north of downtown Columbus.

NEW PRODUCT LINE: LUCAS OIL PRODUCTS 

This year, we became a distributor of Lucas Oil Products. Lucas Oil is a leading manufacturer of high performance lubricants and problem solving additives. You can find Lucas Hydraulic Oil stocked at any of our 23 ParkerStore locations.

ELKHART, IN PARKERSTORE

In June, we opened a ParkerStore in Elkhart, IN, allowing us to extend our service further into Indiana. Triad operates a second ParkerStore in Indiana, located in Goshen. The Elkhart ParkerStore is located at 2930 South Nappanee St., Suite 7, Elkhart, IN 46517.

GREG WISSMAN'S PROMOTION TO PRESIDENT

In October, Greg Wissman was promoted to Triad's President. Greg is the third President in Triad's 40-year history, proceeded only by founder, Lee Wissman, and former President, Doug Wissman. Doug remains on the Triad team as Chief Executive Officer, focusing on professional development training, acquisition opportunities, and leading Triad's strategic planning process.

40 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

And finally, 2021 was Triad's 40 year anniversary! An anniversary celebration originally scheduled for Fall 2021 had to be postponed due to COVID, but has been rescheduled for Spring 2022. We're excited to host customers, supplier partners, and friends at our Vandalia headquarters to celebrate this milestone.
