Tom Stabosz isn't just a sales engineer; he's an authority in the world of seals. Before joining the Triad team, Tom worked for Parker Hannifin's Cylinder Division as a Design Engineer. In this role, Tom solved real-world seal application challenges for major companies and was responsible for the design and testing of Parker's 2H serrated TS2000 rod seal package. He even holds a patent for a self-lubricating seal system for pneumatic cylinders. His hands-on experience in premature failure analysis, wear, compatibility, and temperature issues makes him uniquely equipped to tackle even the most complex sealing challenges.

 

Though he has worn many different hats over the last 35 years, today, Tom is back to where it all began: supporting seal business in Ohio and the surrounding region. As Triad’s local seal expert, Tom works closely with leading manufacturers like Parker, Freudenberg-NOK, Kalrez®, and Hallite to ensure that we are able to provide top-tier sealing products to our Ohio customers.
