Thermal management is crucial for ensuring peak performance and longevity of your equipment. Excess heat can cause component failure, reduced efficiency, and safety hazards. As the demand for thermal management products continues to increase, Parker Hannifin's Hose Products Division remains committed to providing innovative solutions to meet your needs. Their Push-Lok hose system has been a leading thermal management solution for over 50 years, offering a reliable, durable solution to prevent overheating.

The Push-Lok Hose System offers several key benefits, including:

Leak-Free Technology: The system's unique design ensures a reliable seal, preventing leaks and minimizing fluid loss.

Elimination of Clamps: Push-Lok fittings are designed to grip the hose securely without the need for clamps, simplifying installation and reducing the risk of improper clamp positioning.

Faster Assembly Time: The push-to-connect design allows for quick and easy assembly, saving time and reducing labor costs.

Field Attachable and Reusable Design: Push-Lok fittings can be attached and detached in the field without special tools, making maintenance and repairs more efficient.

Manufacturer Qualified Assemblies: Parker's Push-Lok assemblies are manufactured to the highest quality standards, ensuring reliability and performance.

Color Coding Capability: Push-Lok hose is available in a variety of colors, so you can maintain organization and color-coding of hoses in your facility, if desired.

Push-Lok Hose Assembly

The Push-Lok assembly process is simple:

Cut Hose to Length: Ensure a clean and square cut using a sharp knife or Parker Push-Lok cut-off tool.

Lubricate: Apply a light oil or soapy water to the fitting and/or hose inner diameter.

Insert Fitting: Insert the fitting into the hose until the barb is inside.

Push and Lock: Place the end fitting against a flat surface and push the hose firmly onto the fitting until it's fully covered by the yellow plastic cap.

Important Note: Avoid using exterior clamps as they can compromise sealing integrity.

Disassembly is equally straightforward:

Cut the Hose End: Cut the hose lengthwise from the yellow cap, being careful not to nick the fitting barbs.

Pull: Grip the hose and pull downward to disengage the fitting.
