Mike Riley

Senior Manager, Customer Experience

Mike Riley joined the Triad Technologies team over two years ago as Pricing Manager and has since been promoted to Senior Manager of Customer Experience. As the leader of our customer service team, Mike is committed to delivering exceptional, modernized support. He oversees team management, goal setting, and the implementation of new tools and automations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. "Our customer service team is the first and often the last point of contact for our customers," Mike emphasizes. "We work tirelessly to address customer needs and, with ongoing improvements, we're dedicated to providing an even better experience." Mike values the supportive team culture at Triad and appreciates having familiarity in the industry. Laura Bauer

Customer Service Manager

Laura Bauer joined the Triad team when we expanded our services to the Chicagoland area. She began her role as a Customer Service Representative and was quickly promoted to Customer Service Manager. With over a year and a half of experience, Laura has played a pivotal role in managing our customer service team and assisting customers in the Chicagoland region with their fluid power and industrial needs. Laura's dedication to fostering a positive team environment has contributed to a strong sense of unity within the team. She has always appreciated that Triad’s family-owned business environment allows everyone on our team to feel valued and heard. Through regular meetings and a focus on process improvement, Laura ensures that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Customers in the Chicagoland area can rely on Laura for all their needs, from quotes to orders.

Russ Dolezal

Customer Service Manager

Russ Dolezal began his career in hose and fittings in 1991 with Cincinnati Hose & Fittings, which was later acquired by Triad Technologies in 2018. With a diverse background encompassing sales, purchasing, store management, customer service, and warehouse operations, Russ has a deep understanding of the entire transactional process. In his current role as Customer Service Manager, Russ leads his team in providing timely, accurate, value-added responses to customer inquiries. His team is trained to suggest alternative solutions that may improve designs or reduce costs, leveraging Triad’s collective expertise and breadth of products. Russ enjoys the collaborative and supportive work environment at Triad, and he is committed to assisting customers with their needs for Parker tube fittings, hose, Parflex, brass, quick couplers, and more.

Tami Jackson

Customer Service Manager

Tami Jackson has been a dedicated member of the Triad Technologies team for nearly seven years. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, Tami has consistently demonstrated her commitment to providing exceptional customer support. Since her promotion to Customer Service Manager in 2022, Tami has played a crucial role in leading and managing the customer service team based out of our Maumee office, ensuring that customers’ needs are met with urgency and integrity. She works hard to ensure that she and her team make every Triad customer feel valued and supported.  Tami values the culture of Triad and as we continue to grow, strives to maintain that culture through open and meaningful communication and flexibility with her team, because a happy team leads to a happy customer!

Bri Pontius

Customer Service Manager

Bri Pontius joined the Triad Technologies customer service team in Sharonville in 2019 and was promoted to Customer Service Manager last year. As a Manager, Bri oversees her team's daily operations, helping to manage relationships with suppliers and keeping her team up-to-date and informed. Her goal is to build strong relationships with our customers and make sure every order goes smoothly. By tracking customer interactions, holding regular meetings and one-on-ones, and encouraging the discussion of ideas and challenges, Bri ensures that her team’s customer support is always improving. Bri loves working at Triad because of the great people and the company's positive culture. She appreciates how everyone supports each other and the company's commitment to doing the right thing. Mike Taylor

Mike Taylor has been a valuable member of the Triad Technologies team for three years. He is responsible for training customer service representatives in Indiana, as well as assisting with customer issues. He also supports Triad’s Indiana Account Managers and manages select large accounts. Mike's dedication to providing exceptional customer service is evident in his commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration. He enjoys working at Triad due to the supportive and fun-loving team culture and is always willing to go the extra mile for customers.
