75 Durometer Fluorocarbon Material (FKM)

Fluorocarbon, also known as FKM or Fluoroelastomer, is a synthetic rubber material known for its exceptional resistance to heat, chemicals, and ozone. It's a popular choice for seals and O-rings because it can handle a wide variety of applications, especially for moving equipment.

Certifications: FDA CFR 21 177.2600, EC 1935/2004, 3A 18-03 Class I Dairy, USP 87 (Elution Test), USP 88 Class VI -121C, ADI Free

Durometer: 75 (+/-5)

Temperature Range: -15F to 400F

Recommended Uses: Vacuum, Most Acids/Chemicals, Halogenated Hydrocarbons, Di-Ester, Lubricants, Petroleum Oils/Fuels, Silicone Oils/Greases

70 Durometer Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Material (EPDM)

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, also known as EPDM or EPDM rubber, is a synthetic rubber material known across many industries for its versatility and durability.

Certifications: FDA CFR 21 177.2600, EC 1935/2004, NSF 61, ACS, WRAS, UL157, ADI Free

Durometer: 70 (+/-5)

Temperature Range:  -65F to 250F

Recommended Uses: Water and Steam, Auto/Aircraft, Brake Fluids, Some Acids and Bases, Ketones and Alcohols, Plumbing

Common Applications: Life Science, Pharma and Medical, Food Grade, Drinking Water

Mechanical Properties: Good Wear Resistance, Good Compression Set Resistance, Moderate Short-Term Resilience, Good Permeation Resistance, Sunlight & Ozone Resistant, Weather Resistant
