Assembly of standard piping systems is simple:

Step One: Gather Your Supplies

•  Parker Hannifin Transair pipe & fittings (Parker Transair Aluminum Pipe System from Triad Technologies)

•  Pipe cutter

•  Deburring tool

•  Chamfering tool

•  Marking tool & marker

Step 2: Prep your pipe

•  Measure your pipe to length

•  Using a pipe cutter, make a clean, straight cut at your desired length

Step 3: Deburr and Chamfer

•  Remove sharp pipe edges using a deburring tool

•  Use the chamfering tool to create a slight bevel on the outside edge for smoother insertion into fittings.

Step 4: Insert the Pipe Into Your Fitting

•  Ensure fitting and pipe are clean and free of debris

•  Using your marking tool, mark the pipe at the appropriate insertion depth for your selected fitting

•  Align the pipe end with the fitting and insert gently until the fitting aligns with your mark

•  Tighten the fitting end to seal
