Matt Snyder
Retail Business Unit Manager

Matt Snyder has worked at Triad for eight years, the last three of which he has held the title of Retail Business Unit Manager. He has loved working at Triad first and foremost because of the people. He finds that the company offers a supportive staff, open-door communication, and a positive workplace culture. In his role as Business Unit Manager, Matt oversees our retail team and 28 ParkerStore locations, prospects new markets for growth, and ensures our stores maintain top quality standards.

 

Taylor Hickman
Southwest Retail Regional Manager

Nine years ago, Taylor Hickman started her Triad Technologies career as a ParkerStore Support Specialist in the Sidney ParkerStore. She has loved working at Triad because we don’t just say we care about our employees – we back it up, too! Through hard work and dedication, Taylor is now the Retail Regional Manager for our Southwest ParkerStores, which include Ohio stores in Lima, Sidney, Vandalia, Moraine, Sharonville, Springfield, Marysville, and New Albany, as well as our store in Florence, KY. Her day-to-day duties include sales, reporting, inventory, and management. Local customers often contact her for help placing orders, minor technical questions, and to discuss ParkerStore personnel or service. She is happy to help answer any ParkerStore related questions, even if it’s outside her region/duties.

 

Ted Knisely
Northeast Retail Regional Manager

Ted Knisely boasts a wealth of experience in hydraulics and retail. Ted has been working at Triad for 27 years in a variety of roles. He enjoys the hands-on problem-solving aspect of his role, and is experienced with teaching our customers about the more technical aspects of our product lines. As the Retail Regional Manager for our Northeast ParkerStores, Ted oversees our stores in Akron, Brecksville, Brook Park, Canton, East Liverpool, Elyria, Medina, Oakwood Village, Wickliffe, Wooster, and Youngstown, OH.

 

Bobby Bradford
Northwest Retail Regional Manager

Bobby Bradford is new to the role of Retail Regional Manager for Northwest Ohio and is a prime example of Triad recognizing that every employee is critical to our success. For the past five years, Bobby has served as Store Manager for the Maumee and Clyde ParkerStores. Today, he oversees our stores in Clyde, Findlay, Maumee, and Toledo, OH, as well as our store in Monroe, MI. Through this experience, Bobby notes that no matter your role in Triad, he appreciates how all staff are met with respect and their efforts recognized. Customers in our Northwest region may contact Bobby if they have any questions or concerns on how we can better serve them.

 

Nate Bennett
Lake Michigan Retail Regional Manager & Operations Manager

Though Nate Bennett no longer officially holds the title of Retail Regional Manager, he continues to play a key role in our retail team. He loves working for Triad because of our workplace culture. In this day and age, many companies are focused on bottom line business, but Triad maintains a healthy balance and a family atmosphere by investing in employees and empowering growth. As Operations Manager at Industrial Service Products (ISP), a division of Triad Technologies in Lyons, IL, Nate provides hands-on oversight to our warehouse operations, managing key performance indicators to achieve targets for financial, customer and process goals. He also currently manages the ParkerStores in our Lake Michigan region, which include Elkhart, IN; Goshen, IN; and Lombard, IL. He is happy to help regional customers with their ParkerStore or industrial hose questions.

This includes prioritizing safety, responsiveness, industry knowledge, accuracy, and engagement with our customers, vendors, and team members. They provide ongoing training and preparation for your local store personnel in order to best serve you.
