Triad Technologies, LLC (Triad), a premier distributor of fluid power and automation products, has expanded its Chicago-area presence with a new, centralized facility in McCook, Illinois. This location, now fully operational, combines the former Industrial Service Products facility and Lombard ParkerStore into a single Triad Technologies ParkerStore and Branch Office in McCook, enhancing our service capabilities in the Chicago region.

 

“We are excited to consolidate our operations of ISP in Lyons, IL and our ParkerStore and branch office in Lombard, IL under one roof in McCook,” says Matt Snyder, Retail Business Unit Manager. “We feel that the ParkerStore customer experience will be improved even more with the addition of expanded industrial hose capabilities. Fluid power and industrial hose already have many crossover customers, and we’re happy to provide those customers with a one-stop-shop for all their needs in the Greater Chicago area.”

Meet the Manager

We're also thrilled to introduce Manny Masso as the ParkerStore Manager of our new McCook location. Manny brings a wealth of experience to this role, with over 15 years of expertise in Parker hydraulic hoses and fittings in roles across the country. Manny joined the Triad team in July of 2024 and is now responsible for overseeing all operations at our McCook ParkerStore. Customers can expect professional, fast, and efficient service, a wide variety of hose and fittings—including metric and British adapters—and a conveniently located store designed to meet their hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial hose needs. Manny is excited to be a part of Triad’s growth in Illinois and looks forward to serving you at our new location.
