Introduction to Industrial Hydraulic Fluid Power Concepts & Components

This course is designed to introduce the student to how fluid power is used in the industry and show students the major components that can be found in fluid power systems. Hydraulic components and systems will be discussed in general as the instructor builds a hands-on working tabletop model of a complete hydraulic system.

Level 1 Industrial Hydraulics: In-Depth Fundamentals

April 9 - April 11, 2019 - Vandalia, OH

Cost: $1,149/student ($100 discount if you register early!)

This course correlates fluid power principles with machine operation and daily maintenance duties. Hands-on exercises will reinforce location, proper component connections, and effects of adjustments on system operation. 50% is hands-on.

Level 2 Industrial Hydraulics: Advanced Maintenance & Repair

May 21 - May 23, 2019 - Vandalia, OH

Cost: $1,149/student ($100 discount if you register early!)

This component and control level course will incorporate component symbols into complete schematics. Topics covered during this course include: safety equipment, pressure controls, flow controls, directional controls/slip-in controls, proportional valves/motor, pumps, and pumping principles.
