Essential Duties and Responsibilies:

  • Seeks understanding of issues, anticipates and troubleshoots problems, and resolves escalated matters involving Triad’s inventory management;
  • Establishes stock settings and determines inventory parameters to minimize excess stock and overstock. Utilizes customer forecasting tools to adjust inventory settings;
  • Manages inventory settings to achieve desired performance. Utilizes inventory analysis tools and feedback from sales and other parties to investigate system anomalies;
  • Reviews ERP transaction history and analyzes sales patterns. Collaborates with sales to calibrate inventory settings to support customer requirements, account penetration goals and product promotions;
  • Sets up and audits strategic stock settings for new product lines and confirms the company’s inventory strategy aligns with the organization’s revenue plan and operating budget;
  • Manages hub and spoke inventory replenishment to the Parker Store network. Determines which items to buy directly into the network or transfer from the warehouse;
  • Investigates stock out conditions, verifies item usages, lead time and safety stock. May notify purchasing to adjust the timing of reoccurring purchases based on revised stock settings;
  • Manages Warehouse Two and DistraNet inventory sharing networks. Defines parameters for buying and selling into the network and strategies for the disposition of excess or overstock items;
  • Approves Vandalia distribution adjustments and monitors branch operations and retail adjustments;
  • Monitors and reports on key performance metrics by location including stock availability, service levels, cycle count performance, GMROI and inventory consignments, turns, and adjustments;
  • Performs scheduled audits of inventoried items and provides management with an analysis of the inventory performance to plan;
  • Identifies opportunities to reduce costs of goods sold by capitalizing on quantity /package discounts;
  • Completes documentation and contacts suppliers to obtain supporting information for NAFTA, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), conflict mineral regulations and other required customer documentation;
  • Conducts and/or participates in third-party inventory audits;
  • Owns the coordination and facilitation of the product rationalization process and provides input on product selection and substitution decisions;
  • Informs/consults with the CFO of extraordinary inventory stocking requirements that may affect the annual budget and on utilizing inventory liquidation strategies to achieve targeted inventory reserves;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and/or Special Skills:

  • Education and/or Experience – Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline from an accredited college or university required (MS or MBA preferred) or 5-10 years of progressive inventory management experience in an industrial or distribution environment or an equivalent combination of both. APICS or CPIM designation desirable.
  • Computer Skills – Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Will need training in Epicor P21 computer system (we can train on P21).
  • Other Qualifications – Must be able to travel to various Triad locations and/or customer sites. Experience in leading teams preferred. Demonstrated experience with project management, facilitation and problem-solving skills also preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilies:

  • Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships;
  • Responding to all customer inquiries and requests received via incoming phone calls, faxes, e-mails, Triad website and EDI per customer’s time constraint;
  • Providing limited technical assistance to customers (i.e., Part number identification & clarification, model code creation, customer print/drawing reading, BOM assembly creation, etc.);
  • Order entry (Manual, website, EDI, AutoOrder);
  • Quotation entry;
  • RMA entry;
  • Credit Memo creation;
  • Issuing and completing vendor returned goods authorizations;
  • Some filing;
  • Purchasing including entering purchase orders on vendor’s computer systems (TOPS, PH Connect, Extranet);
  • Assisting outside sales personnel with customer requests and quotations;
  • Supporting other departments within Triad (internal customers);
  • Expediting customer orders on a daily basis;
  • Acting as liaison between customers and vendors;
  • Handling customer objectives and resolving customer problems;
  • Taking ownership of customer orders/requests/problems from beginning to end;
  • Helping in building and maintaining vendor relationships;
  • Ongoing training on products and services provided by Triad Technologies;
  • Customer visits as required;
  • Participation in efforts to streamline and make departmental processes better;
  • Maintain professional, pleasant demeanor when working with internal and external customers.

Requirements and/or Special Skills:

  • Education and/or Experience – High School diploma and three or more years of related work experience.
  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine and correspondence reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, specifically to customers and other employees in the organization.
  • Computer Skills – Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Plus Commerce Center software. efficient Keyboarding skills.
  • Other Qualifications – Must have excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; ability to communicate clearly, accurately, effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and other Triad employees; technically competent and well organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilies:

  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organizations products/services.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
  • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participates in trade shows, open houses, and other promotional type activities.

Requirements and/or Special Skills:

  • Education and/or Experience – Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school and five to seven years sales experience in an industrial environment or an equivalent combination of both.
  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral and diagram form.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
  • Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Computer Skills – Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and able to navigate Epicor Profit 21 system.

No Travel Restrictions – Must have a good driving record and a valid Ohio Driver’s license. Must be able to travel overnight when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilies:

  • Build a quality product to drawing specifications.
  • Paint, test, and prepare product for shipment.
  • Verify all bills-of-material (BOMs) are correct and that the job is complete before it ships.
  • Make sure that any changes to a job are documented on the job deviation form.

Requirements and/or Special Skills:

  • Education and/or Experience – High school or GED; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral and diagram form.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Computer Skills – Must have basic computer skills.
  • Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to customers and other employees in the organization.
Position requirements:  Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Individuals must have fabrication and circuitry experience, have their own personal tools to use, and score 70% or higher on the Mechanical Aptitude test.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviews and prioritizes daily shipping orders;
  • Pulls all parts and fabricates hose assemblies and other components if necessary;
  • If required, calls the freight carrier and completes any carrier paperwork;
  • Loads and unloads trucks. Inspects containers and material and reports any damage or missing items.
  • Compares identifying information and counts, weights, and measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify bills of lading, invoices, orders, etc.;
  • Determines method of shipment;
  • Preps packed boxes (affixes labels, assembles containers, packages the boxes, binds, tapes and stamps identifying information onto the containers, weighs and calculates shipping charges, etc.);
  • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify any shortages;
  • Routes items to appropriate location;
  • Examines outgoing shipments;
  • Operates forklift to move, convey or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform (we do provide internal training for forklift certification).
Position requirements:  Must be able to read and follow written work instructions, able to use standard hand and power tools, able to calculate simple math, perform alpha-numeric data entry (ALL transactions are computerized), ability to stand on your feet, and possess a positive attitude/demeanor. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble product per drawing, specifications, or BOMs with the emphasis on kit assemblies (i.e. hose kits, component assemblies, extrusion kits, lubrication assemblies, etc.)
  • Prioritize build schedules based upon production schedules or required dates.
  • Communicate production improvement ideas or issues to management.
  • Work in warehouse as needed to achieve customer service levels
  • Assist in training new personnel as needed.
Position requirements:  Read and follow written work instructions, be able to measure and perform basic calculations, read and interpret blue prints, and ability to use standard hand and power tools. Individuals must score 70% or higher on the Mechanical Aptitude test.
