Essential Duties and Responsibilies:

  • Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships;
  • Responding to all customer inquiries and requests received via incoming phone calls, faxes, e-mails, Triad website and EDI per customer’s time constraint;
  • Providing limited technical assistance to customers (i.e., Part number identification & clarification, model code creation, customer print/drawing reading, BOM assembly creation, etc.);
  • Order entry (Manual, website, EDI, AutoOrder);
  • Quotation entry;
  • RMA entry;
  • Credit Memo creation;
  • Issuing and completing vendor returned goods authorizations;
  • Some filing;
  • Purchasing including entering purchase orders on vendor’s computer systems (TOPS, PH Connect, Extranet);
  • Assisting outside sales personnel with customer requests and quotations;
  • Supporting other departments within Triad (internal customers);
  • Expediting customer orders on a daily basis;
  • Acting as liaison between customers and vendors;
  • Handling customer objectives and resolving customer problems;
  • Taking ownership of customer orders/requests/problems from beginning to end;
  • Helping in building and maintaining vendor relationships;
  • Ongoing training on products and services provided by Triad Technologies;
  • Customer visits as required;
  • Participation in efforts to streamline and make departmental processes better;
  • Maintain professional, pleasant demeanor when working with internal and external customers.

Requirements and/or Special Skills:

  • Education and/or Experience – High School diploma and three or more years of related work experience.
  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine and correspondence reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, specifically to customers and other employees in the organization.
  • Computer Skills – Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Plus Commerce Center software. efficient Keyboarding skills.
  • Other Qualifications – Must have excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; ability to communicate clearly, accurately, effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and other Triad employees; technically competent and well organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilies:

  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organizations products/services.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
  • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participates in trade shows, open houses, and other promotional type activities.

Requirements and/or Special Skills:

  • Education and/or Experience – Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school and five to seven years sales experience in an industrial environment or an equivalent combination of both.
  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral and diagram form.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
  • Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Computer Skills – Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and able to navigate Epicor Profit 21 system.

No Travel Restrictions – Must have a good driving record and a valid Ohio Driver’s license. Must be able to travel overnight when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilies:

  • Prepares quotations for the variety of products/systems offered by the company based upon customer specifications/requirements and generally accepted industry standards.
  • Provides Project Managers, assembly department, field service technicians, etc. with the documentation and technical support necessary to build products and perform services consistent with all specifications and standards.
  • Produces circuit diagrams, mechanical layout/assembly drawings and fabrication details using AutoCAD and/or Solidworks.
  • Provides internal and external technical support (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and lubrication) for both motion control systems and components for the entire customer base.
  • Travels with sales force to customer sites when required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and/or Special Skills:

  • Education and/or Experience – Associate’s degree or equivalent from a trade or technical school and five to seven years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of both.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference; fundamentals of plane and solid geometry; and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
  • Computer Skills – Must have Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and/or Solidworks experience desired.
  • Other Requirements – Must have strong working knowledge of motion control products (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical), circuits and applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilies:

  • Maintains personal relationships with existing store customers and develops relationships with new customers.
  • Identifies and fulfills customer product and/or service requirements.
  • Fabricates hydraulic, industrial and pneumatic hose assemblies to fulfill customer needs.
  • Coordinates pick up transactions at the counter including locating and pulling orders as required.
  • Performs computer data entry related to all areas of Parker Store operations.
  • Performs accurate cycle counts, orders products, transfers product to other locations, receives and stocks shelves with inventory.
  • Works with store manager to maintain a professional store showroom appearance, assists in creating new displays and implements related marketing programs.
  • Performs daily/weekly cleaning of store and bathroom(s).
  • Along with the manager, is responsible for opening and closing the store.
  • May serve as on-call for after-hours customer emergencies.
  • Drives to deliver and pick up materials as needed.

Requirements and/or Special Skills:

  • Education and/or Experience – High School diploma or GED and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mechanical aptitude and hydraulic/pneumatic experience is a plus.
  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations and proportions to practical situations.
  • Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Computer Skills – To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and typing experience.
  • Other Requirements – Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays and holidays (after hour emergencies). Must be willing to attend in-house and external product and sales training as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviews and prioritizes daily shipping orders;
  • Pulls all parts and fabricates hose assemblies and other components if necessary;
  • If required, calls the freight carrier and completes any carrier paperwork;
  • Loads and unloads trucks. Inspects containers and material and reports any damage or missing items.
  • Compares identifying information and counts, weights, and measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify bills of lading, invoices, orders, etc.;
  • Determines method of shipment;
  • Preps packed boxes (affixes labels, assembles containers, packages the boxes, binds, tapes and stamps identifying information onto the containers, weighs and calculates shipping charges, etc.);
  • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify any shortages;
  • Routes items to appropriate location;
  • Examines outgoing shipments;
  • Operates forklift to move, convey or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform (we do provide internal training for forklift certification).
Position requirements:  Must be able to read and follow written work instructions, able to use standard hand and power tools, able to calculate simple math, perform alpha-numeric data entry (ALL transactions are computerized), ability to stand on your feet, and possess a positive attitude/demeanor. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble product per drawing, specifications, or BOMs with the emphasis on kit assemblies (i.e. hose kits, component assemblies, extrusion kits, lubrication assemblies, etc.)
  • Prioritize build schedules based upon production schedules or required dates.
  • Communicate production improvement ideas or issues to management.
  • Work in warehouse as needed to achieve customer service levels
  • Assist in training new personnel as needed.
Position requirements:  Read and follow written work instructions, be able to measure and perform basic calculations, read and interpret blue prints, and ability to use standard hand and power tools. Individuals must score 70% or higher on the Mechanical Aptitude test.
